TransTRACK.ID is a fleet management system that not only enables tracking but also provides analytical insights to improve vehicle productivity. To strengthen its brand positioning in both B2B and B2C markets, we executed a social media management strategy that delivered educational content, giveaways, and activations. This approach drove significant growth, with Instagram followers increasing organically by 15% each month, an engagement rate of 6.5%, and Facebook fans and likes surging by 242%.

In addition to social media, we implemented media buying campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads with the goal of driving awareness, traffic, and performance. By highlighting the benefits of features like Mobile Phone Tracker, we generated more than 28,000 clicks and secured over 450 quality leads.
