IndiHome Gamer faced challenges in building a strong brand identity and awareness among its target audience. The lack of clear benefit claims, inconsistent visual moodboards, and low audience knowledge of IndiHome Gamer as a platform for internet users to access gaming benefits resulted in weak engagement and minimal brand recognition. These issues highlighted the need to strengthen branding while clearly communicating the unique value IndiHome Gamer offers.
To overcome these challenges, MY Media implemented a strategy that maximized social media content with quality, diverse formats, and engaging narratives tailored to gamers’ needs. A consistent visual identity was developed to reinforce branding, while benefit-driven messages were crafted to highlight the platform’s unique selling value, customer experience and gaming-related perks. Additionally, we designed audience-focused activities tied directly to gaming lifestyles, creating meaningful touchpoints that resonated with the community.
The results showcased a significant turnaround: IndiHome Gamer’s engagement rate grew from 1.22% to 7.4%, its social platforms gained 19,301 new followers, and the brand achieved a total of 33 million reach. This growth reflects not only a stronger digital presence but also a clearer positioning of IndiHome Gamer as a trusted and beneficial platform for Indonesia’s gaming audience.
