Pharos, a pharmaceutical company with a strong portfolio in beauty, health, and children’s supplements, encountered significant challenges in promoting its products digitally due to strict marketing restrictions set by the Indonesian FDA. These limitations made it difficult to communicate product claims directly, while still needing to sustain awareness and appeal to their target audience.
To address this, we developed concise, regulation-friendly video content that clearly highlighted product benefits without violating compliance guidelines. Alongside this, we ran programmatic ads designed with a focus on complete views as the main buying objective, ensuring that the brand message was delivered in full. This strategy not only preserved regulatory adherence but also maximized engagement and visibility among the intended audience.
